We offer a win-win MTSO’s partnership to handle their backlog projects which otherwise cannot be easily handled with their existing resources.

The criteria for such partnership would be:

• A minimum of 10-day lead-time for capacity planning.
• A checklist of voice file formats, file transfer protocols, e-file format for patient demographics and file naming conventions.
• A single off-load is preferable and batch wise Upload schedule with an agreed schedule of document turn-around.
• Standard templates and MS word processor.
• A swift and short feedback phase to ensure fast escalation to agreed quality targets.
